Return/ Remake Policy
At Hayloz Customs, we value our customers and aim to provide quality products. Please review our refund and Remake policy below before completing your purchase.
Return & Remake Eligibility

Customers must contact Hayloz Customs within 3 days of receiving their item to request a return or refund if it is valid

The request must include a clear description of the issue or reason for the return, along with a photo or video, including what happened or what was wrong with the product.

Requests made after the 3-day window of it being delivered or it willĀ not be accepted.
Return Time frame

Once a return is approved, the item must be shipped back within 10 days of the approval date.

Items must be returned in their original condition, unless the return is due to damage or defect.
Tracking Requirement

Customers must email a photo of the return tracking number to:

Returns without tracking confirmation will not be processed.
Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless otherwise stated.
Remake Processing

Remakes will be processed after a email has been sent with in 5 days of production being delivered.

If an email is outside the stated times frames or does not meet the return requirements, the remake may beĀ denied or adjusted.

Approved remakes will be sent to you in a email explaining when and days I will be live or if you have a specific day you will join for it to be remade.
