Processing Time

At Hayloz Customs, your tumbler is made live so you can watch the creation process in real time! Please NOTE IF BUYING A COPY WRITE DECAL IT CAN NOT BE PUT ON DURING THE LIVE BUT WILL BE POSTED AS A VIDEO ON MY PAGE WHERE I CAN TAG YOU!

After your cup has been made during a live session, please allow 5–10 business days for processing.

ALL PRODUCTS WILL BE SHIPPED OUT ON A SATURDAY!

You’ll have up to five live sessions to join and watch your cup being created. If you’re have not attended  within those five sessions, your order will be made offline the following day to keep things moving smoothly.

If for some reason you can’t make it please email me and we can work out a day that suits you! 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location and order size due to weight. 

I have no control on how much shipping rates cost I do apologize in advance.

Estimated delivery times:

U.S. Orders: 5–10 business days after shipment

Delivery times may vary depending on carrier delays or customs processing.

Order Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow your tumbler’s journey to your doorstep!

Shipping Carriers

We ship through trusted carriers like USPS Priority mail at this moment. 

Double-Check Your Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before checking out. Unfortunately, Hayloz Customs can’t be responsible for packages delayed or lost due to incorrect addresses.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or doesn’t show up, please email us within 3-5 days of the delivery (or expected delivery) date at following the return/ remake policy guideline's!

Cancellations & Changes

Because each tumbler is custom-made just for you, cancellations or changes can be tricky once we’ve started your order.

If you’d like to cancel, please email us as soon as possible at hayloscustomez2025@gmail.com or join the TikTok live and let me know please.

Any changes that you would like to make to your cup can be done while live When working on your cup!
